DELIVERIES
Delivery times are normally between 2 to 4 working days depending on what is ordered and whether it is in stock. Please allow between 7 – 10 days for bespoke items. During peak ordering times like Christmas or after a press release there may be a slight delay but we will notify you immediately. If your order needs to be guaranteed by a certain date or overnight, this can be arranged, subject to stock availability. We endeavour to fulfil all overnight delivery orders but please note this is subject to individual items being immediately available and in stock and orders must be received by 11am Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Most of our furniture is made to order in a fabric of your choice and there is usually a lead time of approximately 8 – 10 weeks. NB. All orders require a signature to ensure safe delivery.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing our very best to continue to run our services as smoothly as possible but we are unable to 100 percent guarantee delivery times.

- EXPRESS DELIVERY – guaranteed next day Orders MUST be placed before 11 am Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays and is subject to stock availability. £9.95. *PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BESPOKE ITEMS.

- GIFT WRAP If your item(s) is a gift, we will happily gift wrap it in crisp white tissue paper, personalised ribbon and include a Coco Cuscino bag together with a personal message. This service costs £3.99.
- LUXURY GIFT BOXES For the ultimate gift we have beautiful French linen boxes which are filled with crisp white tissue paper and feature our beautiful grosgrain ribbon and include a personal message. Gift boxes cost £5.99. (Some of our larger cushions are too big to have in a box but all 12 x 12” / 30 x 30 cm fit perfectly).
